Biochar, the “co product” of burning wood or agricultural waste
“The first thing to know about biochar is that it is a way of permanently removing CO2 greenhouse gas from the atmosphere. The carbon from biomass, when pyrolyzed, can remain in the soil for hundreds or thousands of years.” – Victoria Kamsler, Chair, Biochar Offsets Group.
My goal is to strategize through a networking exchange of our web sites as links to help the deaf/ hard of hearing and those with disabilities as well. You may use my web site as a resource information link.
I am working on creating a job database to help the deaf community have better paying jobs with benefits as statistically it shows the vast majority to be, on average, under educated thus with low paying jobs and little to no benefits.
I am working towards creating non-profit organizations for those with hard of hearing/deaf people and other disabilities as well.
Thank you in advance for your participation in this development and your valuable input concerning the web site, www.HearXchange.com.
I am open to any suggestions you may offer me concerning the deaf culture/hard of hearing subject area of improvement.
